Faith Lutheran Church provides a place for children to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior and their love for one another. By partnering with parents through various programs and activities, we reach and disciple children in their journey with God.
Cradle Roll Our Cradle Roll program ministers to children and their families from birth to age three by providing materials that can be used in the home to help children begin to learn about God and the love he has for us.
Children’s Messages
During our worship service we provide an opportunity for children to hear Scripture in a way that they can understand and apply to their lives.
Sermon Bags
For children during the worship service we provide sermon bags that have activity pages that focus on the readings for the day.
Vacation Bible School
Held each summer in June, children hear Bible stories/dramas, make crafts, play games, and sing songs that focus around a central theme. These fun and exciting days help children learn about God and His love for us.
Worship
We also offer children the opportunity to offer their praises to the Lord and tell others about His love throughout the year during our worship services through singing, prayer and hearing God’s Word.
Sunday School
On Sunday mornings at 10:30a, we learn the stories and lessons from the Bible and how they shape our lives. We collect offerings from children to support a service project or charity. This helps the children to learn the importance of giving and helping others.Sunday School is offered for those children ages three to sixth grade. Also during Sunday the children work on various service activities,like making cards for shut-ins, which help them learn the importance of serving others and get into the practice of becoming a servant like Christ.
Faith Kindling We occasionally have an all-ages Sunday school, where children and adults together learn about different topics and help each other have a better understanding of that topic.
Nursery Care
We offer nursery care during our Sunday morning service and Sunday school hour and during this time we look to begin the nurturing the faith of the children by helping them to start learn about Jesus and what He has done for us.
Faith Kids
We also hold various activities throughout the year that children are able to attend to have some fun and enjoy the Christian fellowship that is offered at Faith.
